The softball facility is a well-used amenity that hosts several tournaments during the year. Highland Lakes has Community Teams for residents and their guests only. These teams normally play on Highland Lakes’ softball field. There are also Travel Teams that play outside the community as part of an organized league. Travel teams are allowed to have non-resident participation as long as it doesn’t deprive a resident from playing. Highland Lakes Softball is a very active group that has assumed the responsibility of overseeing the maintenance of the softball facility.
