The Kitchen is well equipped and is available for use by activity groups and individual residents who are hosting events in the clubhouse. The Breakfast Club uses the kitchen to cook and serve breakfast one Saturday each month to Highland Lakes Residents. This gives residents an opportunity to enjoy good food at a modest price and socialize with their neighbors. Occasionally the kitchen is used by a caterer hired by a resident for a private party.
